A graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School, Rottenberg lives in Brooklyn with her husband, author Bruce Feiler, and anticipates visits from their college-aged twin daughters.

Shu Nyatta is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bicycle Capital, a new firm focused on investments in growth-stage Latin American technology companies. Shu also serves on the board of Endeavor Global. From March 2015 until April 2022, Shu served in multiple senior investment roles at SoftBank Vision Fund and SoftBank Group International. He was most recently a Managing Partner at SoftBank Group International, where he launched and managed two separate funds - the SoftBank Latin America Fund. Before his investing career, Shu was a Vice President in J.P. Morganʼs technology group in San Francisco, a founding member of a Saudi-based media startup, a consultant with McKinsey & Company, and a professional singer-songwriter. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College, as well as a Master of Science in Anthropology with Distinction from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. Shu was born and raised in Kenya and is a dual citizen of Kenya and the United States.

Allen Taylor is the Managing Partner of Endeavor Catalyst, Endeavor’s innovative co-investment fund that has been recognized as one of the most active global venture investors in markets like Latin America and the Middle East. Allen brings 20+ years of experience in economic development and venture capital with a focus on emerging markets to his leadership roles at Endeavor, a mission-driven organization focused on supporting high-growth companies in emerging and underserved markets. Allen is a frequent guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and serves on the boards of several entrepreneurship and venture capital-focused organizations, including Kauffman Fellows (Class 16), Alter Global, STV (Saudi Arabia) and Scale Up Ventures (Brazil). A graduate of Princeton University, he lives with his wife and two children in Northern California.

Dave is co-founder and president of Squire, a leading POS management software for barbers and their clients. Under the leadership of Dave and his co-founder, Songe LaRon, Squire has become a robust and viable part of the barber and beauty industry.

Rodrigo Bernardinelli is the CEO and Co-Founder of Digibee, a next-generation provider of cloud-based integration software solutions for enterprise businesses worldwide. Rodrigo has over 25 years of experience in the software industry and is the driving force behind Digibee’s vision and strategy. He has been appointed as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2023. Rodrigo founded Digibee in 2017 with a vision to create a software solution to reduce time and costs from integration development work that would be easy to use, future-proof, and scalable. The company’s flagship product has become the market leader in Latin America, and is now expanding its operations worldwide. Digibee recently raised a $60M Series B led by Goldman Sachs and is headquartered in Miami, Florida. Rodrigo lives in Florida with his wife and two daughters, spending his free time boating and enjoying the outdoors.

Julia Figueiredo is the Director for Latin America at Partners for Growth (PFG). In her role, she oversees the structuring of tailored debt facilities to support growth and expansion, working capital, fintech warehouse, and acquisition financing needs for over 220 portfolio companies globally. Julia brings a wealth of experience from her four-year tenure at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), where she led the bank’s efforts in Latin America. During this time, she managed a portfolio of startups and venture capital funds, and was instrumental in launching the LATAM Growth Lending Fund in July 2020, a joint venture between PFG, SVB, and IDB Invest. In August 2021, Julia relocated to Miami to establish the Miami Startup Banking practice for SVB, further expanding her impact in the region. Her commitment to fostering diversity in the tech industry is exemplified by her role as one of the founding members and advisers for Latinas in Tech, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting and empowering Latina women in technology through safe spaces for learning, mentorship, and recruitment. With nine years of experience working in the tech industry in Silicon Valley, Julia is well-positioned to support LATAM-based founders and contribute to the growth of the Miami ecosystem as a vital gateway to Latin America.

Brenda is a private wealth manager at UBS Financial Services where she is focused on the wealth management and lending needs of large North American families. She was previously at Credit Suisse Private Wealth Management in Toronto, where she was responsible for establishing and building out Credit Suisse’s private banking business in Canada in 2012. Brenda joined Credit Suisse in 2010 from Citi Private Bank in New York where she worked as an Investment Strategist for Ultra High Net Worth clients. Brenda was also a member of Citi Private Bank’s Research Committee. Brenda is a frequent contributor to Bloomberg, BNN Bloomberg and CNBC. She is also a panelist on Mornings with Maria on Fox Business. She has a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University in New York and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Ontario, Canada. Brenda is married with two young daughters and resides in Miami.

Seth Cassel is the Co-Founder of EveryMundo, the global leader in Fare Marketing technology for airlines. EveryMundo’s solutions increase airline direct sales, improve customer acquisition, and enhance user experience. EveryMundo works with over 130 airlines and other travel companies, based on 6 continents, in over 35 languages. In November 2021, EveryMundo was acquired by PROS (NYSE:PRO); in addition to his role as Co-President of EveryMundo, Seth served as Chief Revenue Officer of PROS Travel until his departure from the company in early 2024. Seth holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematics from Harvard University. Before EveryMundo, Seth built two companies: a start-up consultancy and a music management company. Previously, he worked at Sony Music and Citigroup. He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur and sits on advisory boards of various technology startups. Seth is chair of the board directors of the Miami Dade Innovation Authority and a board member of Lotus House women and children’s homeless shelter. He is also a founding member of the Miami chapter of FWD.us. Seth is excited to join the board of Miami Waterkeeper. He lives in Miami Beach with his wife Amanda and two children, Violet and Jude.

Emiliano Abramzon is a Co-Founder of Nearpod. Nearpod offers an interactive instructional platform that merges real-time formative assessment and dynamic media for live and self-paced learning experiences inside and outside of the classroom. In March 2021, Nearpod was acquired by Renaissance Learning. Emiliano also co-founded RESMA LLC, which offers Real Estate investment advice and property management to foreigners investing in the US. In his free time, Emiliano enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing sports. He is now paying it forward as an Endeavor Mentor and is part of Endeavor Miami’s Board of Directors.
