Shu Nyatta is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bicycle Capital, a new firm focused on investments in growth-stage Latin American technology companies. Shu also serves on the board of Endeavor Global. From March 2015 until April 2022, Shu served in multiple senior investment roles at SoftBank Vision Fund and SoftBank Group International. He was most recently a Managing Partner at SoftBank Group International, where he launched and managed two separate funds - the SoftBank Latin America Fund. Before his investing career, Shu was a Vice President in J.P. Morganʼs technology group in San Francisco, a founding member of a Saudi-based media startup, a consultant with McKinsey & Company, and a professional singer-songwriter. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College, as well as a Master of Science in Anthropology with Distinction from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. Shu was born and raised in Kenya and is a dual citizen of Kenya and the United States.

Allen brings 20+ years of experience in economic development and venture capital with a focus on emerging markets to his leadership roles at Endeavor, a mission-driven organization focused on supporting high-growth companies in emerging and underserved markets. Allen is a frequent guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and serves on the boards of several entrepreneurship and venture capital-focused organizations, including Kauffman Fellows (Class 16), Alter Global, STV (Saudi Arabia) and Scale Up Ventures (Brazil). Founded in 2015 in Bogotá alongside Simón Borrero and Felipe Villamarín, Rappi transformed from a simple delivery service into a comprehensive platform offering groceries, restaurant orders, and cash deliveries. Under Mejia's leadership, Rappi expanded into multiple Latin American countries and secured significant investments, including $1 billion from SoftBank in 2019. That year, the founders were featured in Bloomberg's 50 Most Influential People list, recognizing Rappi's impact on the region. Mejia promotes startup culture and innovation and founded the nonprofit Impacto Global Inc. to fund Covid-19 initiatives, as well as Grability, Inc. and SebMe LLC for various business ventures. He holds degrees in economics and business administration and began his career as an analyst at G2 Investment Group in New York.

Claudia Duran began her career at SABMiller in El Salvador, gaining valuable insights into the global beverage industry. She then worked with Taca International Airlines (AVIANCA), contributing to strategic projects, including the launch of VOLARIS in Mexico. Her finance background led her to Deutsche Bank's Private Wealth Management in New York City. Inspired by her entrepreneurial parents, Claudia moved into the non-profit sector, leading Ashoka in Brazil, which supports social entrepreneurs. After returning to her family’s business, she achieved significant financial improvements. By 2019, she joined Endeavor Miami, where she currently serves as Regional Managing Director for North America and Managing Director of Endeavor Miami. Claudia holds a Bachelor's in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. Fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, and Portuguese, she values global perspectives in today’s business landscape.

Jason Turner is a prominent entrepreneur and pioneer in digital media technology. In 2017, he founded Entanglement, Inc., focusing on next-gen computing, quantum computing, and AI to create groundbreaking applications. The company aims to fuse quantum-inspired algorithms with advanced computing and AI for global impact. Recently, Jason participated in a fireside chat at the Titans of AI event in NYC alongside leaders from Weka, Microsoft, and NVIDIA. His leadership at Entanglement has led to innovations like seQure, an enterprise zero-trust cybersecurity company, and Hyper Intelligence, which reduces costs for LLMs and AI infrastructure. Since 2017, Jason has influenced the U.S. quantum narrative, serving as a founding member of the Quantum Industry Coalition and the inaugural Chair for NIST’s Quantum Economic Development Consortium. He co-organized the first international Quantum AI workshop in 2019. Earlier, Jason founded Agnostic Media, Inc. in 2001, pioneering enterprise media asset management. He later established Tunestile, Inc., which managed large music and video libraries. Jason also launched the first online pay-per-view music concert in 1998. Today, he advises startups in sectors like AR/VR and quantum computing, founded TTCG, and chairs Ravel Vision and Everywhere Live. Jason began as a piano prodigy and studied Music Synthesis at Berklee College of Music.

Julia Figueiredo is the Director for Latin America at Partners for Growth (PFG). In her role, she oversees the structuring of tailored debt facilities to support growth and expansion, working capital, fintech warehouse, and acquisition financing needs for over 220 portfolio companies globally. Julia brings a wealth of experience from her four-year tenure at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), where she led the bank’s efforts in Latin America. During this time, she managed a portfolio of startups and venture capital funds, and was instrumental in launching the LATAM Growth Lending Fund in July 2020, a joint venture between PFG, SVB, and IDB Invest. In August 2021, Julia relocated to Miami to establish the Miami Startup Banking practice for SVB, further expanding her impact in the region. Her commitment to fostering diversity in the tech industry is exemplified by her role as one of the founding members and advisers for Latinas in Tech, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting and empowering Latina women in technology through safe spaces for learning, mentorship, and recruitment. With nine years of experience working in the tech industry in Silicon Valley, Julia is well-positioned to support LATAM-based founders and contribute to the growth of the Miami ecosystem as a vital gateway to Latin America.

Inés Bonicelli is the Head of Business Development at the Uruguay Innovation Hub (UIH), where she leads the country's investment attraction strategy and positions Uruguay as a leading innovation hub in the region. She is also responsible for building strategic alliances with both local organizations and international ecosystems. Inés is currently spearheading Uruguay’s participation in the Americas Partnership for Economic Prosperity (APEP) initiative, as well as the creation of the Investor Network for the Americas Partnership. Her strong foundation in Finance, developed through her MBA from the University of Michigan Business School (1998), enables her to drive impactful investment strategies and foster innovation in the region. Before joining UIH, Inés served as Deputy Executive Director at Uruguay XXI (April 2020 - August 2023), where she led the national investment and export promotion agency, playing a critical role in shaping Uruguay’s Country Image. Inés also brings a wealth of experience from the non-profit sector, having founded Reaching U, a foundation supporting Uruguay, and from the financial industry, where she worked at ABN AMRO, Bozano Simonsen, and Citi. She was previously at Credit Suisse Private Wealth Management in Toronto, where she was responsible for establishing and building out Credit Suisse’s private banking business in Canada in 2012. Brenda joined Credit Suisse in 2010 from Citi Private Bank in New York where she worked as an Investment Strategist for Ultra High Net Worth clients. Brenda was also a member of Citi Private Bank’s Research Committee. Brenda is a frequent contributor to Bloomberg, BNN Bloomberg and CNBC. She is also a panelist on Mornings with Maria on Fox Business. She has a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University in New York and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Ontario, Canada. Seth holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematics from Harvard University. Before EveryMundo, Seth built two companies: a start-up consultancy and a music management company. Previously, he worked at Sony Music and Citigroup. He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur and sits on advisory boards of various technology startups. Seth is chair of the board directors of the Miami Dade Innovation Authority and a board member of Lotus House women and children’s homeless shelter. Previously, she was a founding team member at Faktory, a generative AI startup. She also served as Citibank’s Global Head of Fintech Acceleration, leading the launch of digital products. Additionally, she has held roles such as Chief Acceleration Officer at The Venture City and Entrepreneur in Residence at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), supporting high-growth tech startups. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from American University (Cum Laude) and an MBA from MIT, and she is a Kauffman Fellow.

Ramón brings nearly 20 years of experience in foreign policy and international business. Before joining Actum, he was the Director for Western Hemisphere Strategy at the National Security Council, where he developed the U.S. Administration's economic strategy for the region. He led initiatives to mobilize resources for infrastructure, clean energy, and innovative technologies, and built bipartisan Congressional support for these efforts. His career includes senior roles at the State Department, and he has served as a scholar and lecturer at the Council on Foreign Relations and Georgetown University. Ramón has experience in the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America, helping U.S. companies navigate complex political and regulatory environments. He also co-founded a social impact wine start-up focused on emerging markets, making him a unique foreign policy professional with business experience.

Her work includes developing quantum-inspired metaheuristics, hybrid AI, multi-objective algorithms, and next-generation optimization solvers. Dr. Ayuso is an experienced researcher and developer dedicated to making the impossible possible. She earned her doctorate in Applied Physics from the University of Michigan and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, where she pioneered the integration of AI within experimental nuclear physics collaborations. Fred Glover

Fred Glover is the Chief Scientific Officer of Entanglement, Inc., overseeing algorithm design and strategic initiatives. He is also a Distinguished University Professor Emeritus at the University of Colorado, covering the School of Engineering, the Department of Applied Mathematics, and the Leeds School of Business. With over 500 published articles and eight books, he is known for creating the “Tabu Search Algorithm,” which is widely recognized in the fields of mathematical optimization, computer science, and artificial intelligence. Dr. Glover is a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering and has received the von Neumann Theory Prize, among many other honors from prestigious organizations such as IEEE and AAAS. Beyond his academic contributions, he serves on advisory boards for various journals and professional organizations and has co-founded several companies, including Analysis, Research and Computation, Inc., Heuristec, Inc., OptTek Systems, Inc., and Meta-Analytics, Inc.
Fırat İşbecer

Fırat İşbecer is the Co-founder & CEO Commencis of Commencis, an entrepreneur, and an angel investor. He co-founded Pozitron, which was one of Europe’s earliest and fastest-growing mobile banking and payments software companies. In 2014, Pozitron was acquired by London-based Monitise, making it one of the largest Turkish enterprise software acquisitions to its date. After joining Monitise, he oversaw the company’s operations as the EMEA Managing Director. In 2017, Monitise plc was acquired by a Fortune 500 financial services giant Fiserv Inc. Following this acquisition, Fırat left Monitise and founded Commencis in 2018. Fırat was also named Turkey’s most active angel investor two years in a row. He currently serves on the board of Endeavor Turkey and was also selected to be on Fortune Turkey’s 40 under 40 list numerous times. Fırat is a graduate of Robert College. He holds a BA degree from Galatasaray University and an MA degree from a joint program by Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and École Normale Supérieure in Paris.

Jackie leads IDCV’s U.S. expansion strategy – including new deal sourcing, capital networks, portfolio company management and board roles, and a wide range of operational duties. As founder and former CEO of a global on-demand boating marketplace, Boatsetter, Jackie created an entirely new segment in the sharing economy and grew the marketplace to more than 50,000 boat listings in 700 locations worldwide.
